In 2024 Dust Moto grew quickly from prototypes to mass production of the Hightail driven by pre-orders from dirt bike enthusiasts.
The Hightail supply chain spans 250 parts, from 12 factories, located in 5 countries ending with final assembly in the USA.
The challenge became implementing procurement and quality control processes that functioned as a real-time single source of truth.
Dust Moto engineers required the following from their global supply chain:
- Siloed workspaces for all factories.
- Data integration of factories products, parts and SKUs.
- Real-time collaboration and in-platform messaging for all stakeholders.
- Digital bill of materials with live editing with change logs.
- Inspection documentation and test submissions analytics.
