When you add a protection plan to a purchase order, it includes all features on our platform. The core tools include; product quality control, product documentation, communication and collaboration and defective product claims.
Pricing is simple, its a flat fee of 2.49% - 9.99% of each purchase order amount. The protection fee % is calculated based on multiple risk factors associated with each purchase order.
Protection for each purchase order lasts for 12 months from the day it arrives at your final destination indicated on the ship to of your purchase order.
You can cancel a protection plan by going to payments in the account menu on the left-hand navigation.
We only offer monthly billing for each 12 month protection plan. Our “protect now, pay later” subscription breaks each protection fee into 12 monthly installments.
We use Stripe to process your payment. It’s the same payment provider used by products such as Twitter, Pinterest, and Lyft. We do not handle your payment information directly.
Your account will be charged on a monthly basis for each protection plan. If you add a protection plan, your account will be charged that day. If you cancel a plan, that plan will be canceled that day as well as that protection coverage.
You can change your payment method at any time in payments in the account menu.
We don’t refund after 30 days of adding a protection plan. If you believe you’ve made a mistake signing up for a protection plan within the first 30 days, and have not made any claims, we’ll be happy to refund you the full amount.
Your account email will be notified after each failed payment. Payments may be retried up to 3 times within 30 days. After 30 days your protection plan and coverage will be canceled.
You can use the same email address to join multiple workspaces.
